50 fastest growing public or private technology companies --

Boca Raton, FL – November 4, 2008 – Axerra Networks, “The Pseudo-Wire Company®” and leading provider of circuit emulation and service emulation solutions, announced today that it has been ranked 21st on the prestigious Deloitte "2008 Israel Technology Fast 50," an annual ranking of the fifty fastest growing technology companies in Israel.

To determine the fastest growing companies, Deloitte, an international consultancy and accounting firm, reviewed fiscal year revenues over five years (2003 - 2007), calculated the revenue growth percentage over five years, and compared the growth of technology companies.

“Achieving sustained revenue growth of 875% over five years is a tremendous accomplishment for a technology company operating in a competitive world,” said Asher Mechlovich, partner in charge of the Deloitte Brightman Almagor Zohar Israel Technology Fast 50 Program. “Axerra Networks deserves a lot of credit for its remarkable growth, and we commend them for it.”

Axerra Networks provides cost-effective, multiservice Pseudo-Wire solutions for mobile backhaul and business services delivery. For mobile operators, these solutions enable the backhaul of any and all generations of voice and data services over low-cost packet networks, which can substantially reduce OpEx. Axerra’s solutions also enable Ethernet service providers, including cable MSOs, to leverage their existing Ethernet and HFC infrastructures to support commercial services. For incumbent and competitive operators, a multiservice convergence strategy based on Pseudo-Wires enables the carrier to unify the transport of all services on a single packet network. In addition, Axerra’s solutions enable Ethernet, cable, competitive and incumbent carriers to expand revenue opportunities by serving the mobile backhaul market.

“We’re extremely pleased to be recognized for our sustained and substantial growth,” said Hezi Lapid, Chairman and CEO of Axerra Networks. “This award is a testament to Axerra’s strategic and technical achievements and our unwavering ongoing commitment to meeting the current and future needs of service providers.”

Axerra Networks and the other forty-nine winners were honored at an awards ceremony held in Tel Aviv, Israel on November 2, 2008. For more information on this prestigious award, please visit www.fast50.co.il.
